SRP-350III is a direct thermal receipt printer. Its specification separates standard USB from optional serial, parallel and Ethernet configurations. Inspect the installed interface before investigating a network problem.
Print driver or POS integration component
Windows printing, OPOS/JPOS integration, virtual COM and Linux/Mac CUPS are distinct components. Match the package to the POS application, installed interface and current supported operating system. Firmware is not a print driver.
Separate device and computer faults with the self-test
The manual starts the self-test by holding FEED while switching on with paper correctly loaded. After the status print, follow the request to press FEED again and let the test finish. Keep the top cover closed while running. A failing self-test points first to media or device checks; a successful self-test redirects attention to cable, port, POS configuration and software.
