HT300 official driver downloads

HT300 is the 203dpi direct-thermal / thermal-transfer label printer. The shared product and manual also cover the 300dpi HT330; choose HT300 on the device and in the driver. Exact product / specifications

Choose the model-specific print driver

The exact HT300/HT330 driver list was checked on 16 October 2026. These are listed versions, not installation-tested compatibility. Match the printer language and actual OS/CPU. Label editors, SDKs and firmware have separate roles.

PlatformListed versionScope
WindowsSeagull driver 2024.3_M-0Check the selected package’s Windows release and CPU requirements.
MacMac Drivers v1.2.7Current macOS builds, Intel / Apple Silicon and Rosetta requirements remain unverified.
Linux TSPLv1.2.6Match TSPL and the actual distribution / CPU / CUPS environment.
Linux ZPLv1.0.0Use the ZPL entry only for the intended printer language.
UOS arm641.2.4A UOS-specific entry; it is not Windows ARM or Mac compatibility evidence.

Two older Mac-titled entries have an iOS OS column, and another arm64-titled entry has an amd64 OS column. Those inconsistencies are not resolved here. No driver package was downloaded, installed or executed; the shared SDK list does not establish a ready-made mobile print workflow.

Match the fitted ports

The current product table and manual specification list USB, RS-232 and Ethernet; Bluetooth is optional. Manual Chapter 4.2 instead groups serial / Ethernet under optional interfaces, and p6 says ports vary. Check the actual sockets and fitted options. The cable procedure powers off before connecting the chosen USB Type-B, serial or RJ45 cable. Do not infer built-in Wi-Fi or mobile compatibility. Media, ribbon and sensor checks

Load the roll on its spindle, pass stock through the guides and adjust them to its width. Thermal-transfer work also needs the ribbon supply and empty rewind core; the diagram places supply below and rewind above. Attach the ribbon to the empty core and wind it taut before locking the mechanism and cover. Direct-thermal stock and thermal-transfer ribbon are different choices. Use the stock-specific sensor drawings: ordinary / double-row labels use the original left photoelectric position; punched-hole labels use the right position; black-mark stock must align with the mark. A universal centre position is not prescribed. Manual p19 · ZIP / PDF24 / Manual p22 · ZIP / PDF27 / Manual p24 · ZIP / PDF29

After replacing the same stock type and closing the cover, the manual describes a paused state that a short FEED press releases. Changing gap / black-mark / continuous stock requires label learning. The longer hold belongs to a different operation. Manual p30 · ZIP / PDF35

Separate device tests from PC jobs

Section 3.6.4 separates a printer-generated self-test from Windows-driver and label-editor jobs. Common diagnosis: if a confirmed device test works but PC jobs fail, compare the queue, port and HT300 driver download guide. This does not prove a particular component is faulty. Manual p31 · ZIP / PDF36

The same manual’s FEED section says “Blue Light”, while its self-test section says a green flash. Because that cue differs, this guide does not prescribe a fixed long-hold or power-on button sequence. Confirm the procedure for the actual panel / firmware with HPRT; do not keep holding FEED while guessing. Manual p27 · ZIP / PDF32 / Manual p31 · ZIP / PDF36

HT300 LED and printing-error checks

These eight selected rows come from the two-indicator table; read the indicator name as well as its colour. STATUS green steady / slow / quick means printing / pause / receiving data, respectively, rather than one universal fault. Manual p26 · ZIP / PDF31

Official evidence and limits

Official product, current model-specific downloads and Rev.2.3 were checked on 16 October 2026. The ZIP’s PDF has 102 pages; 21 relevant complete pages were rendered and visually reviewed. Revision history dates 2.3 to 17 April 2019. Printed pages map to PDF position +5. Older manual software examples are not current package requirements. No device setting, calibration, firmware or physical print test was performed. Only HT300 is registered by this guide.
