SP410 official driver list

Open the SP410 model download list. Select the driver for your actual OS; utility, SDK and label-design software have different roles.

Identify USB SP410

SP410 is a 203 dpi direct-thermal shipping-label printer with standard USB. SP410BT is a separate model. The datasheet lists media width 50–118 mm and print width up to 108 mm; printable area and stock width differ.

OS files and configuration tools

ItemCheck
WindowsLabel Series Windows Driver v2.7.4.26. The datasheet lists Windows 7/8/10/11; CPU architecture was not established.
MacLabel printer mac driver 1.3.15. The generic MacOS listing does not establish a particular current release or Apple-silicon support.
LinuxLabel printer Linux Driver 1.4.9. Check its distribution requirements; architecture and installed operation were not verified.
Raspberry PiDriver 1.3.3; linked filename ends armhf.deb. This filename does not establish ARM64 support.

Repeated rows point to the same file. Utility 1.0.0.16 configures the printer; Bartender and SDKs are separate components. Older manual OS examples are not current compatibility promises.

Actual USB and power connection

ItemCheck
USBConnect the SP410 directly to the computer. Select its actual USB queue/port; a generic COM example in the manual is not evidence of a serial connector.
PowerUse the supplied power equipment. Connect cables with the rear switch off, then power on for use.
WirelessDo not apply SP410BT Bluetooth instructions to this USB model; no Wi-Fi printing route is verified here.

Thermal face, guides, sensor and stock size

For blank output, check direct-thermal stock with its printable face up. Power on, adjust the rear guides to the stock width and insert it flat to the sensor so it can pull in automatically. Align an external roll holder with the bottom hooks. Match the job size and Gap/Continuous/Black Mark media type to the actual labels.

FEED advance / pause versus a printed test

One FEED press advances one die-cut label; continuous stock uses a long press for a fixed feed length. During printing, a press pauses the job and another resumes it. Paper movement alone does not prove a printed test succeeded.

Compare a PC test page and sample job

In the installed SP410 queue, open Printer properties → General → Print Test Page. This uses the PC and its current settings, so it is not an independent button self-test. Compare a known-size sample job with that result. If only PC jobs fail, compare the same SP410 driver and actual USB queue.

Label learning for skips or offset

With labels correctly loaded and the printer ready, hold FEED until the blue light goes out twice, then release. This is the quick guide’s learning sequence, not a timed two-second press. It also lists Tools → Automatic label learning. If learning fails, compare sensor alignment with the gap/black mark and the selected media type.

Head / roller cleaning and drying

Turn off and let the head cool for approximately 2–3 minutes. Use the prescribed cleaning pen from the head centre outward; avoid touching or scratching the heated surface. Clean roller/path dust with a dry cloth or swab, using medical alcohol for adhesive residue as directed. Wait 1–2 minutes and until completely dry before reuse. Persistent hardware damage needs service.

Official sources and verification scope

Verified 20 October 2026 from exact official product/download pages and selected complete pages of the 43-page manual, 20-page quick guide and datasheet. The download row says Rev.1.2 while the full PDF metadata says Rev.1.1. No installation, EULA acceptance, firmware change or physical printing was performed. No numeric error code is invented.
