Official FUNMAT HT software and driver route
Open downloads with FUNMAT HT selectedCheck that FUNMAT HT is selected. The HT selector is list=20; do not substitute firmware for PRO 310 or another model. Computer slicers and printer firmware are separate components.
Current download labels and scope
| Check | Evidence and next check |
|---|---|
| NEO | The HT list shows INTAMSUITE NEO 2026.0.3, August 2026. Download leads to an official shared folder. Read Upgrade Steps and check the actual package’s OS and processor requirements. |
| V4.3 | The same HT list retains version 4.3, April 2024. The observed EXE link contains 4.3.0-20240117-win64. Its filename date is not a separately verified release date, and win64 does not certify Windows ARM support. |
| HT firmware | Firmware for HT is separately labeled HT 1.5_200905_C, September 2023. It is not a computer driver or slicer installer. This guide does not prescribe an update without matching the actual machine edition. |
| OS / runtime | Page labels and links were checked; installer architecture, signatures, minimum OS and runtime were not tested. No current Mac, Apple Silicon, Linux or Windows ARM compatibility is inferred. |
Match FUNMAT HT and the manual edition
| Check | Evidence and next check |
|---|---|
| Exact model | The official FUNMAT HT has a 260×260×260mm build area. Do not automatically apply PRO 310, 410 or 610HT dual-nozzle or remote features. |
| Manual identity | The official help URL and HTML title use PRO HT, while the actual cover reads FUNMAT HT, PN 320-0207, REV P03. This is the manual linked beneath FUNMAT HT in official help. |
| Unit edition | The current product’s screen and physical specifications differ from this manual’s rotary-button views and figures. Match the actual unit and firmware instead of merging dimensions, weight or menus. |
SD, USB and other models’ networking
| Check | Evidence and next check |
|---|---|
| SD / G-code | Manual page 11 lists G-code output; page 38 selects a file through Print after inserting its SD card. A raw model copied to media differs from a sliced printer file. |
| USB | The manual lists SD card and USB, with rear-view item 08 labeled USB Socket. This does not by itself establish a normal Windows document queue or USB flash-drive printing. |
| Network | Separate remote printing on other INTAMSUITE models from HT SD/USB workflows. No Wi-Fi or Ethernet procedure is inferred from this HT manual. |
Compare the SD file path on a prepared machine
This is a file-versus-computer comparison, not a standalone self-test pattern. Use an already prepared machine with its assembly, material and leveling requirements satisfied.
- Select FUNMAT HT and the actual nozzle/material profile in the slicer, then prepare G-code. Avoid another PRO model’s preset.
- Use the manual’s page 38 SD route to open Print and check the target file. Follow the actual unit instructions; heating, time, material, nozzle, bed and chamber status appear during the job.
- Record whether SD succeeds while only the computer path fails, or the same file fails on the printer too. The latter also needs material, nozzle and leveling checks; SD success does not validate the USB driver.
Match normal and high-temperature nozzle sets
Manual page 48 distinguishes a normal set for materials melting below 270°C from a separate high-temperature set rated up to 450°C. A product maximum is not every nozzle’s operating setting. Match the screen’s normal/high-temperature choice, fitted set and material profile. This guide does not prescribe hot disassembly or replacement.
Status and leveling sensor conditions
| Check | Evidence and next check |
|---|---|
| Heating up | Page 38 shows heating as a job-preparation state. Compare actual/target nozzle, bed and chamber values with the material profile; the label alone is not a USB driver fault. |
| Target / actual | Pages 46–47 show target and actual temperatures separately. Example values in screenshots are not recommended settings for your material. |
| Sensor Test | The page 27 leveling sensor test heats the nozzle and checks physical triggering. It is not a PC driver test or a simple self-test print; use the exact procedure with a trained operator. |
| No sensor trigger | The manual warns against auto leveling when the sensor does not work because the glass plate can be damaged. Record the condition for official support instead of repeatedly retrying. |
| First layer issue | Pages 24–26 distinguish bed gap/level and chamber thermal expansion. Check nozzle set, material and heating conditions together; this mechanical symptom is not automatically a driver problem. |
These are documented states and conditions; no numeric printer fault code is invented.

| PC / driver setup | Check the model and software at this FUNMAT HT official route. |
| Wrong package | Compare NEO, 4.3 and HT firmware with the actual OS/CPU. |
| SD succeeds | Use the SD/USB scope to narrow the computer path. |
| File comparison | Record the same-G-code comparison and machine state. |
| Nozzle / material | First compare the fitted nozzle set and material. |
| Sensor / first layer | Distinguish trigger, temperature and leveling conditions for support. |
