When the app cannot find the printer
- Charge the battery, switch on and check the cartridge and paper.
- The Android app instructions start with its top Bluetooth icon and device list.
- If absent, check phone Bluetooth settings. The MAC label is inside the printer door; inspect it while idle.
- The iPhone app description uses phone Bluetooth settings. Return to the app after connecting.
Compare one photo through the app
- Choose one original Gallery photo and edit it.
- Print from the app. If the first print requests firmware, follow its on-screen instructions.
- Wait for complete ejection. Compare the same original on your phone when only computer-originated photos fail.
Four passes—yellow, magenta, cyan and overcoat—can move the photo in and out. Keep the outlet clear and let it finish.

An actual jam or unresponsive printer
For an actual jam, the guide says switch off and on for automatic ejection. If it fails, contact support.
If unresponsive, charge and retry first; then use the official guide and support.
