bizhub C250i driver download
English US manufacturer support, preselected for bizhub C250i. Choose the driver category and your OS; check regional and controller requirements.
Check the C250i and its fitted options
The C250i datasheet identifies an A3 colour multifunction printer with automatic duplex printing. Printer specifications list Ethernet and USB. Wireless requires the optional UK-221; the ADF and fax board are also options. Check the actual machine before choosing wireless or fax instructions.
An optional Fiery IC-420 controller changes the software path. This guide covers the standard controller; identify fitted equipment with your administrator before choosing its driver.
Choose the OS and printing component
On 2026-10-11, the C250i US support page lists Universal Printer Driver 3.9.1310.0 (PCL/PS/FAX, WHQL) under Windows 11 64-bit. In MacOS/Model Specific Drivers, macOS Tahoe 26.x lists PS versions 5.3.5/5.3.6A with firmware notes. Select your OS and read the package notes; this does not establish ARM or every Linux distribution support.
The model guide distinguishes PCL for office printing, PS for PostScript workflows and PC-FAX. TWAIN scanning software and firmware are separate components. After installing the matching package, use Configure → Device Option to reflect actual equipment.
C250i not printing: isolate the failing stage
Print a Configuration Page on the machine
Follow the official i-Series control-panel procedure: Home → Utility → Utility → Information → Print Information → Configuration Page. Choose the tray and press Start. This runs without a PC print job. If it fails, check the device display; if it works, investigate the PC connection, settings and driver.
Compare the address, then test the PC
Read the device IP at Utility → Device Information and compare it with the selected PC printer port. If discovery fails, the installer instructions allow specifying the address manually. A Windows printer-properties test from General → Print Test Page checks the PC path; it is a different test from the device report. Printer choice and a paused queue are common PC checks.
A finished PC job may be rejected or held
The authentication guide says unauthorized jobs or jobs missing authentication can be discarded. Match driver authentication to the office configuration, then enter your approved account under Basic → Authentication/Account Track. Ask the administrator to check permission and quota. Preserve the office authentication policy.
