Magicard 600 driver download and card feed troubleshooting

Check the port for your connection

The 600 supports USB 2.0 and wired Ethernet. Wi-Fi uses the dongle supplied with the printer. If the panel shows No Dongle, check whether that dongle is absent or faulty. Do not substitute another dongle.

For network printing, look up the address under Network Info. → Wired or WiFi on the panel and compare it with the Ports tab in Windows Printer Properties. Network information on the panel · Windows port checks

Print a test card from the Magicard 600 panel

With cards and the correct film loaded, select Print Test → Yes on the panel. This checks whether the printer can feed and print a card before you send a job from the computer. Magicard 600 panel menu

If the test card prints but computer jobs fail, compare the connection and port and check the official Magicard 600 driver.

Rear hopper, hand-feed and duplex errors

• 2:5 / 2:6 — OUT OF CARDS. A rear hopper feed did not reach the expected sensor in time. Check for an empty hopper, cards stuck together, and whether you intended to use the rear hopper. The manual recommends fanning the cards and keeping 10–100 in the hopper.
• 3:0 — NO HAND FEED. During manual feeding, the front sensor did not detect a card in time. Insert one card in the front slot for manual feeding. To use the rear hopper instead, turn off Hand Feed Mode.
• 22:0 — DUPLEX DISABLED. The job requests two sides and duplex is disabled on the printer. For a one-sided job, change the print setting to single-sided. If you need both sides, verify that the duplex option is enabled on that unit.
