ITPP941B official driver and setup links
This guide covers the direct-thermal MUNBYN ITPP941B with USB and Bluetooth. Match the full name on the underside label. The exact product table and ARM support article identify ITPP941B as the 203dpi choice; the shared manual also covers 300dpi equipment. ITPP941BP, USB-only ITPP941/U and AirPrint ITPP941AP are separate variants, not extra models registered here. Official product table
Choose the OS and transport together
Checked 16 October 2026: start with the exact-model first-use download links and choose the connection method as well as the OS. The current linked file pages show Windows Munbyn-Win-Driver-Latest-v1.2.8.exe (1.3 MB), Mac Munbyn-Mac-Driver-Latest_Ver1.6.6.dmg (3.4 MB) and a separate ARM Munbyn Driver Setup For ARM v2.5.6.exe (1.9 MB). These are displayed filenames and rounded sizes; package internals, signatures and release dates were not verified. Manual screenshots showing Windows 1.2.7 / Mac 1.5.9 are older examples.
| Platform / task | Official route | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Windows USB | USB driver instructions | Connect the USB cable and power on as the model guide directs; choose the actual printer and USB port in compatible setup. |
| Windows Bluetooth | Bluetooth driver instructions | This driver route excludes Windows on ARM. Enable Bluetooth, then discover/select the printer through its installer; do not begin by pairing in the system search screen. |
| Windows on ARM | Dedicated USB installation | For ITPP941B, the article specifies MUNBYN Printer (203dpi), then Get USB Port. Its 300DPI option is for other listed variants; it does not provide ARM Bluetooth support. |
| Mac USB | Mac download and setup | The 21 September 2026 article states OS 10.9 or later and lists macOS 27. This manufacturer statement is not an Intel/Apple Silicon/Rosetta or every-build test. |
| Phone / tablet | Official mobile workflow | The manual uses Munbyn Print: select P941B and the actual device inside the app. A Windows installer is not a phone print app. |
| MUNBYN Editor | Manual p19 / PDF11 | A separate Chrome web workflow. The manual describes Bluetooth-capable Mac/Windows/Chrome use here; keep it separate from OS printer-driver installation. Current browser/OS/CPU operation was not tested. |
Manual p5 says Mac computers are not supported over Bluetooth in the initial connection section, while p19 describes a separate Editor workflow for Bluetooth-capable Macs. The current driver article directs Mac users to USB. This guide therefore gives the USB driver route and does not promise system-wide Mac Bluetooth printing. The shared driver centre currently marks the 941 group Linux entry Non; that is an observed download listing, not proof of universal Linux incompatibility. Current driver centre
Ports and the actual printing queue
Use the printer’s rear USB data connector and the appropriate computer adapter; it is different from the DC power socket. The selected ITPP941B table lists USB/Bluetooth, not Ethernet or Wi-Fi/AirPrint. A generic installer’s other connection choices do not add sockets or wireless hardware. Preserve working queues and other users’ jobs before changing software. Manual p2 / PDF spread 3 / Exact ITPP941B tab
After the documented Windows Bluetooth installation, the system can show both a device entry marked Driver is unavailable and the usable printer queue. That duplicate-entry condition is described by the manufacturer; distinguish the actual printing queue instead of deleting all printers or assuming every unavailable-driver message is harmless. Exact Bluetooth queue notes / Manual p17 / PDF spread 10
Single-beep label learning
Load thermal labels in the illustrated path and adjust the guides to the paper. For automatic size learning, load at least four consecutive labels, wait for the stock to settle, and in standby hold FEED only until the single beep, then release. The device identifies the label size; repeat learning when changing stock. Printing FEED is a pause action, not that standby learning operation. Manual p4 / PDF spread 4 / Manual p29 / PDF spread 16 / Manual p32 / PDF spread 18
For reliable label layout, match the document dimensions, physical label and print-dialog paper size. The manuals’ 4×6 examples are examples, not a universal size for every label. A barcode’s readability also depends on the source image and correct scaling; a successful device test alone does not validate a shipping label. Official size comparison / Manual p11 / PDF spread 7 / Manual p24 / PDF spread 14
Two-beep self-test is a different action
The exact-model test article specifies power on with 4×6-inch labels loaded: hold FEED and release at two consecutive short beeps to print the self-test. Stop holding at that cue. Five beeps belongs to reset and is not this test or a routine driver fix. A clear device-generated test helps separate the printer path from computer settings; it does not prove USB/Bluetooth jobs or the selected OS driver work. ITPP941B lights and printing-error checks
These four rows are the Version 5.00 status table, not invented numerical error codes. Read the colour and interval together and confirm the actual condition. Keep hands away from the hot printhead. Manual p31 / PDF spread 17 / Manual p34 / PDF spread 19
Four documented LED patterns
| Light | Pattern | Meaning / first check |
|---|---|---|
| Green | Steady | Normal operation |
| Red | Flash every 2 seconds | Label paper has not been identified; check loading and the documented learning step. |
| Red | Flash every 1 second | Cover is not fully closed. |
| Green and red | Flashing | Printhead overheated; the manual says printing resumes after cooling. |
Eight cause checks and next steps
| Situation | Check | Source / next step |
|---|---|---|
| Device test works, PC jobs fail | Common check: match ITPP941B, OS/CPU, selected USB/Bluetooth method and the actual printing queue. | ITPP941B driver download guide |
| Wrong Windows transport or CPU | ARM uses the dedicated USB route; the Windows Bluetooth driver is a different workflow. | ARM USB / Windows Bluetooth |
| Mac cannot find the printer | Use the compatible USB driver/adapter and check both cable ends and the actual device queue. | Mac USB / ITPP941B driver download guide |
| Blank, cut-off or wrong-size labels | Common check: compare thermal print face and loaded stock, then document size, physical label size and print-dialog size. | Three-size comparison / Manual p4 / PDF spread 4 |
| Skipped labels / size not learned | Compare the stock path and standby single-beep learning; do not substitute the reset hold. | Media learning |
| Red flash every 1 second | Check that the cover is fully closed; this table does not identify a driver error. | Manual p31 / PDF spread 17 |
| Red flash every 2 seconds | The table identifies unrecognised label stock; check loading before learning. | Loading / learning / Manual p31 / PDF spread 17 |
| Red and green flashing / hot head | Allow the head to cool; do not touch it or open hardware for repair. | Manual p31 / PDF spread 17 / Manual p34 / PDF spread 19 |

The official model support, selected product tab and Version 5.00 manual were checked on 16 October 2026. The manufacturer-linked PDF has 20 image-only spreads, all rendered and visually reviewed; its filename is dated 12 August 2026, and the final spread identifies ITPP941B. Printed pages and PDF spreads are labelled separately. Head-life, dimensions and speed descriptions differ across the series/product/manual, so those values are not promised here. No installer was downloaded or run, no licence accepted, and no printer, pairing, calibration, reset or firmware action was performed.
