Compare with the supplied USB sample

  1. Complete the manual’s unpacking, calibration and filament-loading steps. Check the actual material: the sample is for the supplied PLA Rapid.
  2. Insert the USB flash drive and select the QIDI.gcode sample in the Test folder (PDF page 10).
  3. Compare this sample with your sliced file. If the sample prints and your file fails, start with the profile and file-path checks below.

This is a 3D sample print using real material; it serves a different purpose from a paper-printer diagnostic report.

Initial preparation and material conditions

CheckDetails
UnpackFollow the initial screen guide and PDF pages 4–6 to check ties, cardboard, four platform fixing screws and the foam below the platform. Clear packing material from the moving area.
FilamentPDF pages 8–9 show the path through the sensor to the print head. Use the material preset and check actual feeding; an example temperature is not universal.
EnclosureThe PLA and PETG rows on PDF pages 12–13 mark Print With Enclosure with X. Follow the chosen filament’s conditions and check nozzle suitability for the material.

Calibration states and movement-range message

CheckDetails
LevelingLeveling Completed is the leveling-completion display on PDF page 8. Follow the remaining initial sequence.
Input ShaperINPUT SHAPER running, please wait is the resonance-compensation waiting display on PDF page 8. Allow that calibration sequence to finish.
RangeThe official error image reads Movement beyond range of provisions. If it occurs during printing, check the printer selected when slicing. Manual XYZ movement has a separate homing branch in the official guide; send the failure process to support if it persists.
