Advanced Printer Driver 6 v6.12, 7 May 2026, 44.9MB, APD_612_P20II_WM.exe explicitly prints from Windows applications on TM-P20II. Compatible systems: Windows 11; Windows 10/8.1/8/7 32/64-bit; Server 2019/2016/2012 and Server 2008 32/64-bit. Server 2022, Mac, Linux and other menu options do not extend this file. Verify ARM or other OS/CPU separately. OPOS/JavaPOS/ePOS SDK and Virtual Port Driver are separate POS application choices. Connection and installation

1. Verify model, OS/CPU, rights, actual Wi-Fi or Bluetooth configuration, charged battery, receipt roll and data-capable USB-C cable. Preserve working POS queues/ports/layouts/jobs. No default reset, firmware update, warning bypass or blanket security weakening.
2. USB: official hardware sequence connects USB-C, starts host, then powers printer. Use USB 2.0-compliant cable without strain. Follow compatible APD installer prompts, exact TM-P20II and actual USB port. Match receipt settings and application's required interface, then test a small receipt.
3. Wi-Fi model only: USB cable, computer on, printer on, TM-P20II Utility, select actual printer / OK. If missing use Add Port. Network menu configures approved SSID/authentication/addressing, then turn printer off. Restart, confirm actual network/address and APD or application's real port, then test. No Ethernet procedure, copied example addresses/keys or unauthorized shared network changes.
4. Bluetooth model only: compatible PC and TM Bluetooth Connector. Power printer; open roll cover; hold Feed about one second until beep and release; close cover. After Next Action, short Feed once then hold at least one second to print Bluetooth Status sheet and enter pairing. Connector / Search all printers around this computer / Search; identify actual device from sheet / Connect; select actual port / OK; Test Printing. Coordinate active communication rather than interrupt another user's session.

Troubleshooting

No output: battery/power, roll/cover, actual application queue/port first. USB discovery: data cable and PC port. Wireless discovery: actual model configuration, approved network or pairing; Bluetooth Search error: adapter and Windows Bluetooth enabled. Head high temperature recovers after cooling; do not repeatedly send jobs. Jam: power off, disconnect USB-C, open cover and remove gently, avoiding hot head; reinstall roll and close. Never pull forcefully or delete others' jobs. Persistent errors require exact model/OS/connection/message to official support, not mass security disabling or a factory reset.
