Troubleshooting

Load stock printing-side up; guides must not pinch it. Check gap/mark sensor and actual dimensions. Missing/skipped labels: layout and stock-size match. Paper/ribbon errors: supply, feed and direct-thermal/transfer mode. Open head: latch it; overheated head: allow cooling. Resume only your own job after resolving the cause. Persistent errors require exact-message cab support, not mass queue deletion or factory reset.
