HiTi P310W

Official driver downloads

In HiTi Downloads, choose Driver → Windows or MAC → P310W → Search. The result may list a printer family rather than the model name alone.

  • Windows: P310W & P322W, v1.8.11.21 (43.35 MB). The package lists Windows 7, 8 and 10 on x86 and x64. The listing does not confirm Windows 11 or ARM support.
  • Mac: Selecting P310W returns P46x & P3xx Series, 4.2.3 (33.29 MB). The entry does not specify macOS releases or Apple silicon support.

On Windows, leave USB unplugged initially. Extract the package, run AUTORUN.EXE inside the Driver folder, and plug in the cable when prompted. On Mac, follow the instructions for the listed Mac package.

Computer and mobile connections

  • Computer: Use a data cable with the printer’s PC link port (Micro USB Type-B). Select P310W as the printer when sending a photo.
  • Phone: For a direct connection, select P310W-xxxx in your phone’s Wi-Fi settings, then choose a photo in Prinbiz. Use General Printing for the first job if you want to check crop and size before printing.
  • Memory card or USB drive: Use the storage slot or a compatible card reader and select the photo source in the app. The storage connection is separate from the computer’s Micro USB port. See the port diagram.

Load 4×6 paper and ribbon

  1. Insert the ribbon in the direction shown by the arrows. Once it lies flat, gently click it into place and close the cover. Keep your hands off the print head during or just before or after printing.
  2. Hold the 4×6 photo paper by the perforated edge and load it with the shiny side up and HiTi logo down. Start with fewer than 15 sheets and leave the perforated edges in place until after printing.

Try one photo

When the light is steady green, send one 4×6 photo. On the computer, select P310W in the print dialog. In Prinbiz, select the same photo.

Red flashes and paper jams

Count the red flashes. These are light patterns rather than numeric codes shown on a screen.

1 flash: ribbon door open or ribbon missing
Seat the ribbon and close the door.
3 flashes: ribbon used up
Replace the used ribbon.
4 flashes: no paper
Refill the cassette and check which side faces up.
5 flashes: paper or ribbon jam
HiTi says to restart the printer so it can try to eject the paper. If paper or ribbon remains stuck, stop and contact HiTi support.
13 flashes: firmware update failed
If this pattern remains after an update attempt, record the flash count and any app message for HiTi support.

Slow green flashes mean the printer is printing. Fast green flashes can indicate job data transfer or a firmware update; leave the printer on while either is in progress.
