P750L official driver downloads

Exact model and manual scope
P750L is a 300 dpi dye-sublimation photo printer. Match the complete model on its label. Its official product page links the 257-page multilingual manual; this guide uses the English block at PDF pages 1–24, version V_0.1, copyright 2020. Printed chapter numbers below differ from absolute PDF pages.
Files selected for each OS
| Host | Selected file scope |
|---|---|
| Windows | P750L v1.3.25.30 · 41.97 MB. Notes name Windows 7/8/10 x86 and x64, excluding RT. Connect USB when the installer asks. Windows 11/ARM64 and actual payload signature/runtime were not verified. |
| Mac | Exact P750L selection lists 2.6.7 · 334.96 MB, HiTiRollTypeMacDrivers_2.6.7.dmg. Current macOS, Intel/Apple silicon and signature/runtime requirements remain unverified. |
| Linux | Exact P750L selection lists P7xxL+ P52xL Linux Driver v1.3.6 · 5.68 MB, an OpenSource tar.gz. The listing alone does not prove a ready binary, CPU, distro or current CUPS compatibility. |
USB data and optional Wi-Fi
Use the rear USB Type-B connector for PC data (printed 2-2/2-4; PDF 8/10). The manual labels Type-A for firmware upgrade and says not to charge handheld devices. The product and exact Wi-Fi FAQ separately describe an optional HiTi Wi-Fi dongle: use Prinbiz, or choose WiFi in the PC driver installer. These are fitted-accessory workflows, not built-in wireless. The NFC and memory-card marketing text does not establish present phone/app, AirPrint or arbitrary accessory compatibility. P750L Wi-Fi FAQ
Paper kits, loading and four-sheet ejection
| Item | Check |
|---|---|
| Kit and size | Match the actual paper/ribbon kit and selected print size. Current product says 5×7 yield 500; the manual 6-1 says 600. Use the supplied kit and Media Left; do not promise one yield for every stock. |
| Spacers and flanges | Printed 2-6 / PDF12: fit the two identical spacers for 5×7, not 4×6 or 6×8. Match flange/holder colours and keep the paper seal on until the roll is seated. |
| Paper lamp | Printed 2-7 / PDF13: align both edges with the illustrated marks, feed until the paper-setting lamp lights, then close the cover. Loading/replacing a roll automatically ejects four sheets and consumes media. |
Ribbon-core colours and RFID
Printed 2-6 / PDF12 matches ribbon-core and dock colours on both sides. Seat the ribbon until it clicks and compare the supplied ribbon/RFID combination. Missing tag, missing ribbon, mismatch and unsupported stock are separate errors. Do not bypass verification or copy another identifier.
P750L print errors and checks
Panel and cutting are not a colour self-test
From standby, Menu cycles through counts, Media Left, Paper Cutting, language and firmware. The illustrated V1.2.3.4 is an example, not the current firmware. Left/Right selects Manual cutting, then EXEC cuts four 4×6 sheets with the cover closed (printed 3-1/3-2; PDF15–16). This is a media-consuming feed/cut check, not a colour test image or PC driver test. After correct setup, compare one small photo from the PC; let warm-up/cooling finish.

| 0201 Ribbon Missing | Ribbon not detected: load the proper spool. |
| 0202 Ribbon Mismatch | Ribbon and RFID do not match: use the correctly matched consumable kit. |

These are the 12 LCD messages on printed 5-1 / PDF19, not the full web-FAQ catalogue. Keep leading zeros and the complete displayed wording. The manual’s 0101 reset wording refers to clearing that cover-opening error; no reset, firmware update or security change is prescribed here. 5-1 / PDF19

Jam, torn ribbon and power interruption
Printed 5-3 / PDF21: gently open the cover and slowly draw out accessible folded paper. Cut away the folded/printed section straight across, at right angles to feed; withdraw until the paper-setting lamp goes off, then reload correctly. Reusing damaged stock can jam again or break ribbon. Repeated or inaccessible jams need service. Printed 5-4 / PDF22 tapes a snapped ribbon then winds the taped part fully and tightly onto the take-up side. Its restart with at least three seconds off is for unexpected power interruption, not routine job cancellation.
P750L roller care and head service
Use the actual P750L manual procedure (printed 4-1 / PDF17): power off and let the head cool before cleaning the pictured rubber parts of the guide and platen rollers with double-sided adhesive tape. For head cleaning, the manual directs the HiTi dealer; do not transfer P525L alcohol-cleaning steps to this unit. Printed 5-2 / PDF20 separates dotted defects/roller cleaning from a missing straight stripe/dealer head service. The outer case uses a soft cloth, mild neutral detergent if needed; no volatile solvent. Dust at the pictured ventilation openings is handled as printed 4-2 / PDF18. Persistent defects or smoke/abnormal heat need service.
