Official FP530L Windows driver

Under Windows Desktop, choose the 32-bit/64-bit printer driver group that lists FP530L. The FP530L product page lists Windows 10 and 11. The separate RNDIS entry is for accessing the printer’s web settings over USB.

The installer information checked on 15 October 2026 at the same package URL listed PRINTEK FP-530 and had no separate FP-530L entry. If the setup dialog shows only the name without the L, compare the unit label with the official download listing first.

Model and connections

Check the FP530L model on the unit label. It has Mini USB-B as standard. Bluetooth or Wi-Fi depends on the fitted option. It prints labels and receipts at 203 dpi on direct thermal media, with paper up to 80 mm wide and a print width up to 72 mm.

For the FP530 receipt model, see its paper feed guide.

Setup Report

Load the roll and close the lid until it clicks. With power on, press Paper Feed twice quickly to print the Setup Report. A single press advances paper. A steady green power light with a flashing red alert directs you to the paper or lid.

Label gap sensing

If labels skip or stop in the wrong place, check Device Config → Mark Seeking in the printer’s web settings. Use Gap for labels with gaps and no black mark, Front or Rear for marks on the corresponding side, and Off for a plain continuous receipt roll.

If Gap mode still stops inconsistently, match Mark Width to the actual gap. Peel two labels from the same roll and read Sensor Brightness for Gap with bare liner over the sensor, then again with a label over it. Enter the midpoint as the Gap Paper Sensor Threshold and select Submit Changes.

Close the lid and press Paper Feed once to check that the end of the form aligns with the tear bar. Before making adjustments, print a Setup Report to record the current settings.

Troubleshooting

If the printer cannot produce its own report, check battery charge, roll loading and the closed lid. If the report prints but PC jobs fail, check the selected printer and connection port on the computer. Compare the installed driver with the official FP530L driver.
