Print device information before comparing PC jobs
Use the device Information Print button for system information or a sample image.
- Open Home → System Info → Machine Info and check the model and status.
- Select Information Print, which prints system information or a sample image.
- Follow the on-screen paper/output prompts and compare with the PC job. Common comparison: successful device output alone does not prove the PC queue is working.

S/U/X/Y/Z are documented families. Patterns such as S000-0000 illustrate a format, not one actual fault number. Digits vary with location: record the complete code and message for the actual machine.
