SLK-TS200 official downloads

This official page is already scoped to SLK-TS200. Under Driver & SDK, choose software for the host and POS application; the similarly placed utility and firmware entries serve different jobs.

SLK-TS200 is a 203 dpi direct thermal receipt printer with a 72 mm print width. Read the model and rear connector labels before choosing a connection. Similar TS100, older LK models and the domestic serial configuration must not be selected by name resemblance. Official product

Choose the software role

SoftwareSelection and scope
WindowsThe model page lists SEWOO Windows Driver 1.1. The 2024 manual shows SLK-TS200 as a printer-series choice; its older 1.0 screenshots do not establish the version inside today’s package.
macOS / LinuxSeparate Mac Driver and Linux Driver entries are present. Confirm the package’s supported OS release, CPU and model selector before installation; the listing alone does not establish Apple silicon or ARM compatibility.
POS applicationOPOS and JavaPOS are separate POS integration paths. The current model page labels OPOS Setup 2.99.9.7 and JavaPOS / JavaPOS Linux 1.4; do not replace an application’s required interface with a different driver type.
SDK / utilitiesAndroid, iOS and Windows SDKs are developer components. Memory Saver changes printer configuration; FWDOWN is firmware tooling. Neither is the ordinary desktop print driver, and an iOS SDK listing does not establish AirPrint.

Download labels checked 18 October 2026. These are manufacturer listing labels, not verified installer payload versions or a current OS/CPU compatibility matrix. No installation or licence acceptance was performed.

Identify the actual connection

USB Type B and 9-pin RS-232 are listed alongside two different third-port configurations. The English product page highlights Ethernet; the Korean product page and both manuals also identify an RJ45 serial configuration. An RJ45-shaped socket is not sufficient evidence of Ethernet. The Korean connection drawing names that domestic layout SLK-TS200K; this guide registers SLK-TS200 only. Match the actual unit and purchase specification before connecting network or serial equipment. Bluetooth 5.0/BLE or Wi-Fi is an optional module, not a feature proved by the front wireless icon.

Map the Windows USB port

In the English manual’s printed pp.16–17 (PDF 21–22), the Windows USB path selects the correct interface and SLK-TS200 series, detects a USB00X port and applies that detected port to the queue. USB003 in the illustration is an example, not a port every PC should use. A queue that was moved to another USB socket may require checking its actual port again. Serial settings and network addresses must match the purchased interface; do not copy a USB port into an Ethernet or serial queue.

SLK-TS200 printing error checks

Self-test and hexadecimal mode

With suitable paper loaded and the printer switched off but connected to power, hold FEED while switching it on. The manual says the self-test begins after about two seconds (printed p.9 / PDF 14). A local test that prints while the POS application does not helps separate paper/mechanism operation from host settings; that separation is a common diagnostic inference, not proof that the host driver is correct. The subsequent configuration menu can select hexadecimal mode with five FEED presses. Do not choose it for ordinary receipt printing; the manual does not document a verified exit sequence here.

Paper loading and guide width

Use thermal receipt paper and the roll direction shown in the exact manual; leave a small leading edge outside before closing the cover (printed p.8 / PDF 13). FEED advances paper in normal operation. A blank receipt can be checked for the wrong paper surface or roll orientation as a common thermal-print check. The product page specifies 80 mm stock, while the English manual also describes 58 mm with the paper guide. Check the fitted guide and application paper width before treating 58 mm as supported on your unit; physical paper width and the 72 mm print area are different measurements.

Cutter jam: avoid forcing the cover

The manual first suggests a power cycle for a cutter jam. Stop pending host jobs before a deliberate restart as a common precaution. The newer English manual (printed pp.10–11 / PDF 15–16) warns against forcing the cover. An older Korean page uses conflicting force-open wording, so this guide does not repeat that action. If the cover remains locked, power off and ask the supplier to handle cutter recovery; do not pry it or insert tools. A cutter that is not back at its home position prevents proper closure.

Six LED conditions

English printed p.6 / PDF 11; Korean printed p.4 / PDF 8. These are indicator meanings, not a numerical fault-code list.

IndicatorMeaning and check
Power icon litPower is on; this is not confirmation that a host queue is online.
Triangle / ERROR litAn error is present. Check the actual paper and cover condition; the manual does not assign a numeric blink code here.
PAPER icon litNo paper is detected. Check the roll and close the cover normally.
Wireless icon steadyThe fitted wireless module is disconnected; this is not the Ethernet-link indicator.
Wireless icon blinkingThe fitted module is connected. This alone does not validate a POS queue or app connection.
Wireless icon offThe manual describes no Bluetooth/Wi-Fi module. Do not require a wireless LED to illuminate on a unit without that option.

Official sources and verification scope

Verified 18 October 2026 using the exact product/download pages, English Rev.A 09/2024 manual (28 PDF pages) and Korean 01/2024 manual (21 PDF pages; its back cover also says ENG). English printed pages are PDF positions minus five; Korean printed pages are PDF positions minus four. The port, paper-width and cutter wording differences are retained as limits. No numeric fault codes were inferred. Package CPU, signature trust, current OS runtime and physical printing remain untested; no firmware, device or security setting was changed.
