Tiertime UP300 driver download, UP Studio and connection checks

Find UP300 official UP Studio and USB driver routes; distinguish Wi-Fi/LAN, Information, Initialize, Private access and job-list states.

UP300 is a filament-extrusion 3D printer. Distinguish selecting the printer in UP Studio from adding an ordinary document-printing queue.

Official UP300 software and driver downloads

The exact UP300 product and manual specify UP Studio 2.5 or later. Compare the application and USB-driver roles on the official Software page below.

Studio 2Windows Stable Release is 2.6.75.627; its linked application filename identifies x64. Keep the application separate from the USB-driver files.
USB driverWindows Drivers lists separate 64-bit and 32-bit links. A 32-bit driver does not establish a current 32-bit application build. Compare both the system type and application requirements.
Studio 3The page lists 3.3.4 dated 2025-12-18 for Windows/Mac and says Wand is included in the Mac DMG. The added-model note names UP300/600-HS; it does not certify the original UP300 combination.
MacDistinguish the separate UP Studio and MatDef downloads. The page’s Mac OS 10.10/Windows 7 SP1+, OpenGL 2.0 and 4GB RAM baseline is legacy information, not current macOS, Windows 11 ARM, Apple Silicon or Linux certification.

Identify the original UP300

ModelRead Model under Information. UP300HS and UP300D are separate products; use documentation for the actual model.
ProcessThe product lists MEM extrusion, a 205 × 255 × 225 mm build volume and 1.75 mm filament. Paper/ink troubleshooting does not describe this process.
USB mediaThe product distinguishes USB cable, Wi-Fi, LAN and USB stick. USB-media capability alone does not establish a direct, unsliced STL-print workflow.

Compare USB, LAN and Wi-Fi

USBPDF page 34: connect the computer and printer by USB, then look for UP300 in UP Studio’s Printer section. Check the application’s selected connection.
LANPDF page 35 shows the rear LAN connection and Ethernet status icon. A link indicator does not prove job success; do not copy a sample IP as a required static address.
Wi-FiPDF pages 29/37 describe Config → Network Settings. After connecting, select UP300 through UP Studio Settings → Printer → Add Printer, refreshing if needed. Compare the computer’s network too.

Read printer information before changing settings

  1. Read Model, Firmware Ver. and Screen Vers. under Information to identify the installed versions.
  2. Compare the Ethernet, Wi-Fi and Private icons with the actual connection and access rights.
  3. Compare current Print jobs with History. Do not press Information’s Reset merely to inspect status: it clears nozzle-height, material and name settings.

These are status checks, not a standalone test-print button sequence. The manual’s Initialize starts a machine preparation action; it is distinct from resetting a computer queue.

Compare a job on an already prepared UP Studio 2 setup

This is the basic workflow on PDF page 50 for an already prepared machine, with its material, platform and calibration established. It does not replace first-installation or calibration instructions.

  1. Select the connected UP300 and add a small 3D model under UP.
  2. Compare Print Settings with the established material and job conditions.
  3. After Print processes and sends the job, compare it with the printer’s current list. Observe the first layers without touching hot or moving parts.

Distinguish discovery, job transfer and actual extrusion. Success at one stage does not establish the entire workflow.

Four panel conditions, distinct from numeric errors

CheckEvidence and next check
Grey buttonsPage 31 explains that Material, Calibrate and Print are unavailable before machine initialization. Check readiness against the manual before repeatedly reinstalling software.
Wi-Fi !The red exclamation mark on pages 16/29 means a network was detected but the printer is not connected. Check the actual network and status first.
PrivatePrivate on page 26 can restrict other users on the same network. Obtain authorized access from the device owner; do not bypass the password or disable protection.
ValuesA value such as 499 is a material-weight example, and TEST-01 is a job-name example. Neither establishes a numeric fault code or built-in self-test feature.
