Its English readme states DS40 V3.4.1.0; English/11/ReadMe_Install.txt specifies DriverInstall.CMD. Windows 10/8/7/Vista/XP/2000 are separate legacy entries, not this package's compatibility. The DS40 Mac link is 5.2.7 for macOS 11-15; its actual ZIP contains Packages/DNP Photo Printer Driver-5.2.7(669)_EU.pkg and a separate UNINSTALLER PKG. No Windows ARM/Server, macOS 26, Linux or native CPU support is inferred. Legacy availability is not OS security support.. Select your exact operating system and version on the official page. Connection and installation

For Paper/Ribbon Error, use the exact manual diagrams; do not force paper or touch the cutter.
