Operating-system and download checks

The Korean catalog lists these systems for checking: Windows Vista/7/8/8.1/10/11 and Server 2008/2008 R2/2012/2012 R2/2016/2019/2022; available 32-bit/x64 editions only, not Windows on ARM. Select your exact operating system and version on the official page. If your version is not offered, do not install a package intended for a different system.

Connection and installation

  1. Search for DA210 in the official TSC download center and choose Driver. Confirm DA210 in the package's applicable-model list.
  2. With printer power off, connect the supplied USB cable to the computer and prepare the specified power supply.
  3. Follow the Windows package installation prompts, choose DA210, and confirm the actual USB printer port.
  4. Load direct thermal media with the printing side facing up and close both cover latches. Set the actual label width, height, and media-sensor type.
  5. Follow the official manual's gap or black-mark calibration procedure and print a test label. Ethernet and Wi-Fi instructions for DA220 do not apply to DA210. Bluetooth is an optional configuration requiring its own applicable setup instructions.

Troubleshooting

If labels do not print, check the cable and Windows driver port. Blank labels can indicate incorrect media loading. Continuous feeding or misplaced output requires checking media type, sensor calibration, and exact label dimensions. Check for stuck labels near the sensor. Before cleaning the printhead, switch power off and let it cool, then follow the manufacturer's cleaning procedure.
