The Korean catalog lists these systems for checking: Actual Windows 10 x64/11 x64 lists provide Wide Format ApeosWide TIFF Driver (DocuWide Plot Driver) 1.12.15.4. Its model compatibility lists Windows 10/10 x64/11 x64 and Server 2016/2019/2022/2025. The executable verified here is x64; Windows 10 32-bit needs its own actual file. DocuWide PostScript Print Driver 2.9.0.1 lists the same Windows versions but not Server 2025. Actual Mac OS 13.0 results provide Mac Print Driver 1.0, a PPD listing macOS 10.14/10.15/11/12/13. Mac printing requires the optional PDF/Adobe PostScript 3 kit. Do not infer newer macOS, Linux, ARM, native Apple Silicon or AirPrint support from generic menus or the 2014 manual's legacy OS examples.. Connection and installation
- Confirm DocuWide 3035, exact OS/architecture, installed PDF/Adobe PostScript 3 options, actual TIFF/PS/PPD package, required existing queues/jobs/settings and loaded roll or cut-sheet size. Distinguish the LAN port from the engineer-only service port; never use the service port for ordinary setup.
- Connect the printer to an accessible Ethernet LAN and confirm its real IP/subnet with the administrator. Do not change an already correct address or copy example addresses. For LPD printing, confirm the corresponding port is Enabled in Tools, Connectivity & Network Setup. Restart only when the actual settings procedure requests it and required work is safe.
- Obtain the official file for the exact OS and use its included installation help and actual prompts. The manual Utilities DVD instructions are historical media guidance, not a current Windows 11 installer screen description. Select the real DocuWide 3035 queue/address/port, match media, scale and orientation, then test a small job.
- Mac PPD setup requires the installed PDF/Adobe PostScript 3 kit, a compatible actual PPD package and the real LAN/LPD printer address. Follow package-specific registration instructions. Do not run Windows EXE on Mac or treat older manual screens as current macOS support.
- A PC using Wi-Fi does not make the printer a built-in wireless model. Do not apply SSID/WPS/Wi-Fi Direct setup. Troubleshooting
Check actual device error messages, power, Online/Offline state, LAN cable, real queue, destination IP/subnet and the enabled print port. Consult the network administrator instead of disabling all firewall protection or factory-resetting the machine. Another job, copying or scanning can delay printing; preserve needed work. Match the waiting media size with the actual roll/tray, document scale and orientation. For failed PS/PDF jobs, confirm the installed option and correct driver rather than assuming TIFF package compatibility transfers to PS. Follow the exact manual message/jam procedure and official service guidance for persistent device errors; do not indiscriminately delete jobs or guess network settings.
