Windows Vista/7/8/8.1/10/11 and Server 2008/2008 R2/2012/2012 R2/2016/2019/2022, available 32-bit and x64 editions; explicitly not Windows ARM. No nonexistent Windows 11 32-bit or Server 2025 claim. Separate WHQL 2024.2_M-0. Mac 1.29 and Linux 32-bit 0.2.06/64-bit 1.2.13 are separate listed files; check each package for actual OS/CPU/distribution compatibility, not all current macOS/Linux/ARM. Legacy files do not promise OS security support.. Select your exact operating system and version on the official page. If your version is not offered, do not install a package intended for a different system.
Connection and installation
- Verify TE210, 203dpi, actual OS/CPU/rights/interfaces and label/ribbon mode. Preserve queues/jobs/layouts/IP. Load print-side-up media through the correct gap/black-mark sensor, fit guides, latch the head and calibrate the selected sensor after media changes. Read package terms yourself; no default reset, firmware update or security weakening.
- USB: manual hardware sequence is power off, adapter and supplied USB cable, then power on. Use PC USB Device, not Host. Reconcile with the current compatible installer prompts. Select real TE210 queue/port/resolution/media/mode and test a small label.
- Ethernet: approved LAN and actual socket/address. EU shipment may block network under RED: verify region/firmware and obtain owner/admin permission before any PRTSecure change. Manual uses USB/COM first, TSC Console / actual printer / Printer Configuration / Ethernet for real addressing, then Add Printer / Network / real IP and discovery. Match actual Windows port and driver; test. Never copy sample IPs.
- Wi-Fi only with installed compatible module: USB/COM, actual printer configuration, Get then Wi-Fi. Use approved SSID, authentication/key and DHCP or assigned addressing, Set, confirm real IP, add via Network and Print Test Page. Enterprise EAP/certificates require administrator guidance. Do not copy example keys, weaken encryption or repeatedly use Wi-Fi Default.
Troubleshooting
Head Open/red solid: carriage/latches or actual cutter error. Ribbon End/Encoder: real thermal-transfer mode, ribbon remaining and path. Out of Paper/Paper Jam/skipping: media path/size/sensor and Calibrate Sensor, not Factory Default. No output: correct data cable, current IP, actual queue/port first. Wrong label size also clips edges. Cleaning requires power off, at least one minute head cooling and the official recommended method; no touching the head or directly spraying liquid. Preserve others' jobs and report exact model/OS/connection/error to official support.
