Brother states no Windows ARM driver. The actual macOS 26 list instructs printing through App Store P-touch Editor without downloading/installing a separate printer driver. Other Mac/Linux packages and CPU/distribution conditions need individual verification; OS menu entries alone are not support proof. Connection and installation
- Confirm exact QL-700 label, OS/architecture, administrator rights, saved queues/settings/jobs, regional power rating, USB data cable and correctly installed DK roll. Close the roll cover and keep the cutter/head clear.
- For the full P-touch Editor and printer-driver route, the official Quick Setup Guide requires holding the Editor Lite button until its lamp turns off before USB connection. Do not confuse the illuminated Lite mode with an installed full printer driver.
- Select the actual matching official Windows printer-driver file, extract it and execute its included installer; extraction alone does not install it. Follow the selected package prompts for USB timing. During discovery connect directly to the computer without a hub, then power on.
- Complete discovery of the real QL-700 and restart only if prompted. Confirm its queue, USB port and actual DK label size, optionally install the matching full P-touch Editor, and print a short test label.
- For verified macOS 26 follow the actual P-touch Editor listing and app requirements, not a Windows EXE, a fabricated Mac driver or the old Start Here Mac/Editor 5.0 CD screen.
