Operating-system and download checks
The Korean catalog lists these systems for checking: Model-specific PCL6/PS Print Driver 6.9.6.1 lists Windows 10/11 x64 and Server 2012/2012 R2/2016/2019/2022/2025. Mac Print Driver 2.7 lists macOS 12/13/14/15/26. Check the actual package, not the global OS menu. PS printing requires the optional Adobe PostScript 3 Kit; this is not proof of a scanner driver or Windows ARM/Linux support.. Select your exact operating system and version on the official page. If your version is not offered, do not install a package intended for a different system.
Connection and installation
- Confirm the full ApeosPort-V C3320 model, exact OS and driver type. Check administrator access and the installed options before choosing PS. Save existing queues and settings.
- For USB, follow the administrator guide: switch off with the power button, wait until the screen and Power Saver light are off, then turn main power off. Connect the PC to the USB print connector, not the USB-memory port. Turn main power and the power button on; restart the PC as directed.
- An authorized administrator can check Tools, Connectivity and Network Setup, Port Settings, USB, Port Status, Enabled. Save and restart if prompted; confirm USB Enabled on the configuration report and install the chosen official package.
- For Ethernet, use the same safe power-off sequence before connecting the LAN cable. Standard Ethernet is 10/100; Gigabit needs the optional kit. Enable the required LPD or Port 9100 service and configure DHCP or the assigned IP, subnet and gateway.
- Read the actual IP under Machine Status and Machine Information. Run the Package-Aware driver installer and choose the Ethernet connection. Select the discovered model or add it manually using its IP and port. Finish and print a test page.
- A shared installer wireless label is not evidence of built-in Wi-Fi. These instructions cover verified USB and wired LAN. Network scanning requires its own destination and authentication settings, separate from print-driver installation.
Troubleshooting
If discovery or output fails, compare the current configuration-report IP and enabled print service with the driver port, and check cable and power. A changed DHCP address can leave an old queue pointing to the wrong address. For USB, distinguish the PC print interface from USB memory and confirm Port Status. For PS errors check the installed PostScript option and selected driver language; do not assume every configuration supports PS. Check scan destination permissions and credentials separately rather than reinstalling the print driver or disabling security broadly.
