Connection and installation

Same approved network PC uses installer Wired Network and exact model/actualIP. Do not copy example IP or change shared addresses without administrator. Test print. A Wi-Fi-connected PC does not make this ADN printer wireless; no ADW WPS/Bluetooth/NFC instructions.
4. Scan: verify actual scan components and device separately from print. Windows Pantum Scanning Assistant or applicable TWAIN/WIA,macOS Image Capture/ICA after model driver; test one document over USB or Ethernet. Universal print-only package does not guarantee scan. Manual p38 panel Scan to PC is USB-only,not the same as PC-app LAN scanning. Email/FTP/SMB need approved server/accounts/address-book settings; no invented credentials.

Troubleshooting

No output: power,rear PC USB data cable or actual EthernetIP/port,correct BM5300ADN queue/offline/pause/panelerror. Preserve others' jobs and settings before model-specific reinstall. Scan failure: proper scan components,connection,device,app and panelmessage. Scanner is Busy: wait for current jobs,not indiscriminate cancellation. Repeated Scan failed needs official service. No paper in ADF: load actual feeder or select flatbed. ADF jam and print-path jam differ; follow exact indicated path,poweroff/cool and official safety,never touch hot fuser/use sharp tools. Feed jam/faint print: actual stock/size/type/guides/overfill/moisture/toner,density/resolution/toner-save settings. Record exact model,OS/CPU,connection,error/file for official support.
